Handmade Bvlgari Rug

Inspired by one of the photographs that is part of the Bvlgari collection that was taken at one of the artist’s trips to Italy while documenting the Monza Cathedral outside of Milan.
The image was captured from an antique bestowed by the Queen Teodolinda featuring royal blue and golden tones which where then deconstructed into a scared geometry pattern than was woven into the wool to be transformed into a silk rug.
